You can create activities in Funbutler to use in your packages. Follow these steps:

1. Open the Activities page

  • In the menu, go to Activities.

  • Click the plus (+) button in the top-right corner.

  • You’ll be taken to the Activity Admin page to configure your new activity.

2. Enter the activity name

  • Add a valid name for the activity.

  • This is the only required field on this page.

3. Configure timeslots

  • In the Timeslots section, select a time interval from the dropdown.

    • This determines how long each booking block will be.

    • Make sure the duration matches the resource it will be used on.

  • Mark all the boxes for the times you want the activity available for bookings.

  • Click Save to continue.

Select Resources

Navigate to the Resources tab. There are three settings to configure:

  1. Activity behavior (top left)

    • One of the resources – Places the activity in one available resource.

    • All resources – Places the activity in all selected resources at the same time.

    • Spill over – Fills each resource to its limit before using the next one (commonly used for bowling lanes).

  2. Set a limit (top right)

    • Decide how many activities can run at the same time.

    • No limit allows multiple bookings at the same time as long as the resource has space.

  3. Select resources (bottom)

    • Use the dropdown to choose the resources for this activity.

    • After selecting, click Add.

4. Save your changes

  • When all settings are complete, click Save to finalize the activity.
