You can create activities in Funbutler to use in your packages. Follow these steps:
1. Open the Activities page

In the menu, go to Activities.

Click the plus (+) button in the top-right corner.

You’ll be taken to the Activity Admin page to configure your new activity.
2. Enter the activity name

Add a valid name for the activity.

This is the only required field on this page.

3. Configure timeslots

In the Timeslots section, select a time interval from the dropdown.

This determines how long each booking block will be.

Make sure the duration matches the resource it will be used on.

Mark all the boxes for the times you want the activity available for bookings.

Click Save to continue.
Select Resources
Navigate to the Resources tab. There are three settings to configure:

Activity behavior (top left)

One of the resources – Places the activity in one available resource.

All resources – Places the activity in all selected resources at the same time.

Spill over – Fills each resource to its limit before using the next one (commonly used for bowling lanes).

Set a limit (top right)

Decide how many activities can run at the same time.

No limit allows multiple bookings at the same time as long as the resource has space.

Select resources (bottom)

Use the dropdown to choose the resources for this activity.

After selecting, click Add.

4. Save your changes

When all settings are complete, click Save to finalize the activity.
