Funbutler is built around packages. Follow these steps to create one:

1. Open the Packages page

  • In the menu, go to Packages.

  • Click the plus (+) button in the top-right corner.

  • You’ll be taken to the Package Admin page to configure your new package.

2. Enter the package name and participants

  • Add a valid name for the package.

  • Enter the minimum and maximum number of participants.

3. Configure pricing

  • Navigate to the Prices tab.

Set pricing type (top left):

  • Per person – Price is charged for each person in the booking.

  • Fixed – Price stays the same regardless of the number of people.

Create a price group:

  • A default price group is generated automatically.

  • Set the price and VAT rate.

  • Click Save to continue.

Set Timeslots

4. Configure timeslots

  • In the Timeslots section, select a time interval from the dropdown.

  • This defines the booking blocks customers can choose from.

  • Mark all the boxes for the times you want the package available.

  • Click Save to continue.

Add Activities

5. Configure the package timeline

  • Go to the Activities section — this is the package builder.

  • The timeline runs from left to right.

  • Click the + at the far right to add a new block. Initially, it says Pause.

  • Click Pause to see the list of available activities.

    • (If the list is empty, add activities first.)

  • Select and add the activities needed for your package.

Select Where to Show

6. Choose the booking forms

  • Go to the Booking Forms tab on the far right.

  • Select the booking form(s) where you want to sell the package.

7. Save your changes

  • When all settings are complete, click Save to finalize the package.
