1. Find the booking

  • Use the search bar at the top of the calendar or click the booking directly in the calendar.

2. Open the booking

  • Select the booking from the search results.

  • This opens the booking dialog.

Without a Connected Register

3. Check in the booking

  • Click the green Check In button.

  • If prompted about payment, confirm if the guest has paid by clicking the button again.

  • The booking is now checked in.

With a Connected Register

3. Send to the register

  • Click the green Send to Register button.

  • The status will change to Waiting for Register.

  • Complete the transaction in the register.

  • Once the payment is confirmed, the booking is automatically checked in.
