Sharing your calendar ensures everyone stays up to date and avoids double bookings, making team management more efficient.
Navigate to Settings → Google Calendar from the side menu.
Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
Click Add. The invited person will receive an email from Google with a link to join your calendar.
Once accepted, the calendar will appear in their Google Calendar.
To remove someone’s access, click the delete icon next to their email address in the list.
