Open Users in the menu and click the plus (+) button, then enter:
Username
Email
First name
Last name
Password (Passwords must include at least 8 characters, one digit, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one special character (@$!%*?&).)
Select a role:
Normal User
Manager
Optional:
Enable report access
Click Save to create the user.
