Enable SMS

Enable SMS notifications for your bookings to keep guests informed about their reservations in real time.

Updated this week
  • Go to Settings → SMS.

  • Enable SMS by checking the box.

  • Enter the country code (e.g., +46).

  • Set the sender name (max 11 characters, e.g., Unrealfun).

  • Choose which notifications to send via SMS:

    • New booking (recommended, useful if the customer has entered an incorrect email)

    • Changed booking

    • Canceled booking

    • New event booking

Tip: Ensure your sender name is recognizable to guests to increase the chance they open and read the message.

Note: SMS messages incur a traffic cost. Check your customer agreement for current pricing.
