Without Integrated POS
Monthly Sales Reporting:
End of Month Reports:
- Navigate to the sales report section.
- Select the period for the report (e.g., full month).
- Press “Print,” choose “Landscape,” and select “PDF” to save or print the document.
- Email the PDF to your accountant.
Day Sales Reporting:
- Go to the report titled “Day Sales.”
- Choose the last day of the month to view the day’s totals.
- Note the amounts under “Pre-payments for future bookings” and send these figures to your accountant to update your debt records in accounting.
Audit Reports:
- Access the special audit journal via a direct link. This report is currently in BETA and not accessible through the main menu. Please contact support to gain access to this report.
- The report shows all transactions in Funbutler with detailed information, logs, and verifications, including prepayments and POS transactions. Everything is easily trackable.
(Optional) Adding Accountant Access:
- Add your accountant as a user in your system through the “Users” menu.
