Navigate to Vouchers and select the voucher to add a discount code.
Open the Discount Codes tab.
Check Enable and click Add.
Enter the code, set the discount percentage, and define the validity period.
Click Save. Repeat to add more codes if needed.
Key points:
Discounts apply to all voucher values.
Customers can enter codes during purchase via “I have a discount code.”
Codes also work when selling vouchers directly through Funbutler.
How it works:
Voucher balance and discount are applied to bookings, ensuring correct VAT handling.
Reporting:
Track discounts in Reports → Vouchers.
Day Sales report shows unused voucher price discounts for bookkeeping.
