Apply the code
Open the booking you wish to modify.
Enter the promo code or gift card code in the designated field.
The booking total will update automatically once the code is applied.
INFO: Only one discount code can be applied per booking by the customer. Staff can apply multiple discount codes as long as they are not duplicates.
Gift cards: Multiple gift cards can be applied to the same booking up to the total value of the booking, provided there is remaining balance on the cards.
Check in the booking
Without a connected register:
Click the green Check In button.
If prompted about payment, confirm that the guest has paid.
The booking is now checked in.
With a connected register:
Click the green Send to Register button.
The status will change to Waiting for Register.
Complete the payment in the register.
Once payment is confirmed, the booking is automatically checked in.
