Feedback email

Send automatic feedback requests to guests after their visit and collect insights on their experience.

Enable feedback email

  • Go to Settings โ†’ Modules.

  • Check Enable feedback email.

  • Select how many hours after the visit the email should be sent.

View feedback

  • Go to Reports โ†’ Feedback.

  • Choose the date range you want to review.

  • Use the checkbox to show only comments if needed.

  • Click Booking to see who submitted the feedback and view their contact details.

Tip:

You can add your own feedback questions under Feedback email in the menu.These custom questions can be linked to specific packages under the Surveys tab, allowing you to collect unique feedback depending on which package was booked.
