This feature allows you to manage devices such as phones or QR scanners that connect to the system. It can be used, for example, to scan and check in bookings on-site.
Navigate to Settings → Staff devices to configure your devices.
Name – Assign a name to the device.
Enable quick check-in – Allow the device to be used for fast check-ins.
Allow unpaid bookings to be checked in – Permit check-in even if the booking hasn’t been paid.
Valid to – Set an expiration date for device access.
Tip: This function is especially useful for outdoor activities, large events, and bigger venues to speed up the check-in process.
