Overview

When a customer makes a booking, they receive an email and/or SMS with a “View Booking” button linking directly to their booking reference. The same link is used if the booking is later modified or canceled, ensuring guests always access the most up-to-date information.

The booking reference includes:

  • Customer name

  • Price

  • Booking date and time

  • Arrival time (if enabled)

  • Number of guests

  • Package or activity booked

  • Add-ons, if included

  • Status: Booked, Paid, Partially Paid, Cancelled

  • Extra text (custom text), if applied for package-specific instructions or reminders

  • Map to the venue to help guests find their way

  • Invite option, if the invitation feature is enabled

  • QR code for fast check-in; scanning the QR code brings up the booking immediately for quicker entry

Available Actions

Depending on your settings, the booking reference includes interactive buttons for:

  • Pay – Complete payment for the booking.

  • Change – Modify the booking details, such as date, time, or number of guests.

  • Cancel – Cancel the booking if allowed by your cancellation rules.

Custom Texts

Package-specific custom texts can appear directly on the booking reference. Use this feature to provide instructions, reminders, or important information specific to certain packages or activities.
