Booking Info Dialog

The booking info dialog lets you view, manage, and update a booking in detail, all in one place.

Updated over a week ago

You can open the Booking Info Dialog by clicking a booking directly in the calendar or by locating it using the search function.
The dialog is divided into several sections, each designed for a specific task.

Overview

The Overview section shows a clear summary of what is included in the booking.

Here you’ll see:

  • Package or activity name

  • Date and time

  • Quantity per item

  • Price per item

  • Total price

Add-ons are listed separately under the main package so you can easily see what has been added.

You can also apply a Promo code or Voucher directly from this section.

Change Quantity

This section is used to quickly adjust the number of guests or add-ons on an existing booking.

  • Change quantities for guest types (e.g., Adults, Kids, Students)

  • Adjust add-ons quantities

By default, this section becomes available one hour before the booking starts.
The time window can be customized under:
Settings → Check-in → Adjustment allowed hours before

This makes it easy to handle last-minute changes during check-in.

Switch Resources

The Switch Resources section allows you to move a booking to another resource.

Important to note:
If you switch resources, the booking will be released from the original package.
After this, the customer will no longer be able to change the booking themselves.

In this section you can:

  • View currently booked resources

  • Select a new resource from the dropdown

  • Click Move to confirm the change

More Info

The More Info section contains detailed booking and customer information.

This includes:

  • Booking date and time

  • Creation date

  • Customer name

  • Email and phone number

  • Company (if provided)

  • Internal comments

  • Package details

  • Number of guests

  • Add-ons

You can also edit customer information directly in this section, such as name, email, phone number, and company.

This section is useful when you need full context about a booking or want to update customer details.

Log

The Log section shows the full activity history of the booking.

Here you can see:

  • When the booking was created

  • Payment-related system actions

  • Check-in events

  • Who performed each action

The log helps with troubleshooting, auditing, and understanding how a booking has changed over time.

Footer Information

In the footer of the Booking Info Dialog, you will find:

  • Price – Total booking price

  • Prepaid amount – If using upfront payment, this shows what has already been paid

  • To pay – Remaining balance

Additionally, there are buttons for quick actions:

Booking Actions

  • Check in / Send to Register

    • Without a connected register:
Click the green Check In button. If prompted, confirm payment by clicking the button again. The booking is now checked in.

    • With a connected register:
Click the green Send to Register button. Status will change to Waiting for Register. Complete the transaction in the register. Once payment is confirmed, the booking is automatically checked in.

  • Booking Reference – Access the customer’s dynamic digital booking ticket.

  • Cancel – Cancel the booking according to the set rules.

Tips

  • Use Change Quantity during check-in to quickly adjust guest counts or add-ons.

  • Always review the Log section if something looks unexpected.

  • Be cautious when switching resources, as it affects what the customer can change themselves.

  • The footer buttons provide quick access to essential actions for managing the booking efficiently.

  • Edit customer information in the More Info section if details need updating before the event.
