Create a booking

Learn how to create a package or resource booking

Click the Quick Booking icon at the top of the calendar.

Choose between Package or Resource by selecting the corresponding tab.


Package Booking

Package Booking is used for standard customer reservations and activity bookings.


Booking Details

Start by selecting:

  • Package

  • Date

  • Time

  • Number of persons

The available times are automatically displayed based on the package configuration and resource availability.


Find Customer

Use the Find customer field to quickly search for existing customers.

You can search using:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

Matching customers will appear automatically in a dropdown list.
Select a customer to automatically fill in the customer information instead of entering it manually again.


Customer Information

The following customer details can be entered or updated:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email

  • Phone number

  • Company

  • Internal comment

Email

If an email address is entered, a booking confirmation email can be sent to the customer.

Phone Number

If SMS confirmations are enabled in Settings, the customer will also receive an SMS confirmation.


Booking Options

Additional booking settings are available through toggle options:

Has Arrived

Check in the booking directly upon creation.

Paid

Mark the booking as paid.

Not Changeable

Prevent the customer from modifying the booking.

Not Cancelable

Prevent the customer from cancelling the booking.

Newsletter

Register the customer for newsletter communication.


Promo Code / Voucher

Enter a promo code or voucher code to apply discounts or payments to the booking.


Add-ons

Optional add-ons and activities can be added depending on the selected package configuration.


Complete Booking

Click the green Book button to create the booking.


Resource Booking

Resource Booking is designed for custom bookings, manual reservations, maintenance blocks, or special scheduling.


Select Resources

Choose:

  • One or multiple resources

  • Start and end time


Block Time Interval

Enable Block Time Interval to fully reserve and block the selected resource during the chosen time period.

This is useful for:

  • Maintenance

  • Private events

  • Cleaning

  • Staff reservations


Add Additional Resources

Click Add to include additional resources in the same booking.


Tip

Use the Find customer field to speed up repeat bookings and avoid duplicate customer entries in the CRM database.
