Find a specific transaction

To locate a specific transaction in Adyen, log in to your Adyen account and navigate to the Payments tab. Here you will find a complete list of all transactions associated with your account.

At the top of the list, you’ll see a search field. You can use this to search for a booking number without the “#” symbol.
For example, Booking #5445 will appear in Adyen as B-5445.


Refund a transaction

If you need to manually trigger a refund, first locate the transaction as described above. Once you’ve found it, click the transaction to open a popup containing the transaction details.

Scroll down until you see the blue “Refund” button. When you click it, Adyen will ask for confirmation and allow you to adjust the refund amount. The default amount is the full transaction value, but you can change it if needed.
