Transaction report

What is the transaction report and how is it used?

Updated over a week ago

Note:

The Transaction report is currently in BETA and can only be accessed via link. If you wish to get access to the report a team member needs to provide it for you.

The Transaction Report shows all transactions sent either to a POS system or to a connected payment provider. Each transaction appears as a separate entry in the report, allowing you to review important details such as:

  • When the initial booking was created

  • When the booking takes place

  • What amount was prepaid and what remains unpaid

  • Whether any refunds have occurred

  • The total price of the booking

  • The date the payment was made

  • The external reference for the transaction or order

  • The payment status:

    • Initialized – The payment was started but not completed

    • Paid – The payment was successfully completed

    • Canceled – The booking was canceled or the payment failed

By opening the Details view for a transaction, you can access the full dataset for that transaction, including which products were included and all other relevant booking information.

POS-Specific Indicators

If your system is running in POS mode, each transaction will display an icon indicating its POS status. These icons help you quickly identify whether the payment was accepted, failed, or requires further verification.

The icons are:

  • Green checkmark – The transaction is OK and was successfully processed.

  • Red triangle – Something is wrong; the transaction was most likely not accepted by your POS.

  • Yellow card – The payment was received but could not be verified with the POS provider (commonly due to manual override).

  • Blue robot – The system automatically checked in the booking 24 hours after the due date.

These indicators are useful for troubleshooting and ensuring that every payment has been properly validated.
