Create a booking form

Create and customize a booking form for your activities, packages, add-ons, and customer groups.

Create a new form

  • Go to Booking Forms in the menu.

  • Click the plus (+) icon.

  • Enter a name for the form (e.g., Laser Tag or Party Packages).


Display settings

In the Display tab you can configure:

  • Dark mode – For websites using a dark background.

  • Use large cards – Displays larger package cards.

  • Show free slots – Shows the number of available spots per timeslot.

  • Show fully booked slots – Displays full timeslots with the label Fully booked.

  • Hide person chooser – Removes the person selector; the minimum package quantity is used by default.

  • Use pre-selected amount of people – Set a custom starting number of people.

  • Display prices without VAT – Shows package/add-on prices excluding VAT.

  • Hide unavailable packages – Hides packages not valid for the selected number of people.

  • Show package price – Displays prices directly on the package card.

  • Order by date – Sorts event packages chronologically (events only).


Add-ons

In the Addons tab:

  • Choose whether add-ons should be displayed with or without categories.


Texts

In the Texts tab:

  • Customize any default booking form text, such as:
    Choose package, Number of persons, Choose date, Choose time, Choose add-on, Choose extra activities, etc.


Customer groups

In the Customer Groups tab:

  • Enable Use customer groups to allow customers to select groups instead of entering a single person count.

  • Add the customer groups you want to use.

  • Optionally enable Allow only one customer group to prevent mixing groups in the same booking.


QR-code

In the QR-code tab:

  • Download or print the QR code linked to this booking form.

  • Use the link at the bottom to preview the form (click the icon to copy the link).
