Bookings report

View and export detailed information about your bookings, including customer details, packages, add-ons, and visit status.

The Bookings Report allows you to track all bookings within a selected date range, filter by package, and export detailed information for administrative or reporting purposes.

Filter and View Bookings

  • Select the date range for your report.

  • Filter by package if needed using the Filter packagelist option.

  • The report displays each booking with key information:

    • Booking date

    • Visit date

    • Customer name and company

    • Packages and resources

    • Add-ons and birthday information

    • Customer and internal comments

    • Payment status and arrival status

Booking Details

  • Click the double-sheet icon next to a booking to print a detailed view of that specific booking.

  • Example booking information includes:

    • Visit date and time

    • Total price

    • Booking date

    • Customer contact information (name, email, phone)

    • Packages and add-ons booked

Customer Contact List

  • Click the two-person icon to view all customer contact information for bookings in the selected range.

  • This list can also be downloaded as a CSV file, making it easy to export a customer register with emails and phone numbers.

Tip: Use the CSV export to create mailing lists, or review booking trends over time.
