Campaigns

Use Campaigns to create manual and automated campaigns and send targeted communication to selected audiences.

Updated today

Campaigns is a powerful tool for creating newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated messages to your customers. You can target specific audiences based on booking behavior, packages, dates, and consent preferences.

You can also edit a campaign as long as it has not yet been sent.

Specific packages
Target customers who have booked specific packages.
Select the client and the packages you want to include.

Not booked for a while
Target customers who have not made a booking since a selected date.
Choose the client and define a cut-off date. The audience will include all customers who have not booked since that date.

Under Advanced, you can add conditions such as:

Include or exclude customers who:

  • Have accepted newsletters only

Include or exclude bookings based on:

  • Visit date

  • Booking date (start date and end date)

  • Invitations

  • Newsletter consent

Once your audience is selected, click Save.

2. How – Choose Delivery Method

Decide how the campaign should be delivered.

Send by SMS
Send email if the phone number is missing.

Send by email
Send SMS if the email address is missing.

This ensures the campaign reaches as many recipients as possible.

If both email and SMS are used, you need to create a template for each.

Click Save when the template is complete.

SMS

SMS content

You can add placeholders and URLs using the available buttons.

Click Save when finished.

4. When – Schedule the Campaign

Choose when the campaign should be sent.

Dispatch date
Note that the selected time indicates when the campaign starts.
Depending on the number of recipients, delivery may take some time.

Email test dispatch
Enter one or more email addresses and click Send to preview the email.
