Edit booking confirmation texts

Manage and personalize all booking email and SMS messages.

Customize all booking-related emails and SMS, including confirmations, changes, cancellations, reminders, and feedback. Optionally, create unique texts for individual packages. This setting allows you to create a consistent communication style.

Edit booking texts

  • Navigate to Settings → Texts.

  • Edit the content for general booking emails and SMS.

  • Use the Mail and SMS tabs to edit each type of communication.

Available texts to edit

  • New booking – Sent when a booking is created.

  • Changed booking – Sent when a booking is changed.

  • Canceled booking – Sent when a booking is canceled.

  • Reminder – Sent a set number of hours before the visit (configured in Settings → Bookings → Enable Reminders).

  • Payment reminder – Sent if a booking requires mandatory payment and has not been paid. Email reminders are sent 24 hours before the payment deadline, SMS 1 hour before. (Enable under Settings → Bookings.)

  • Feedback email – Sent a set number of hours after the visit. (Configured in Settings → Modules → Enable feedback email.)

  • Birthday email – Sent when the birthday email feature is enabled.

  • Vouchers – Sent to recipients of purchased vouchers.

Custom texts

  • On the Custom tab, create unique texts for specific packages.

  • On each package, select which custom text should be applied to ensure messages are tailored to the booked package.

Note

If a text for an email or SMS is missing, the message will not be sent and will show “failed to send” in the booking log.
