Navigate to Settings → Texts → Email → Payment Reminder and fill in the email text.
Navigate to Settings → Texts → SMS → Payment Reminder and fill in the SMS text.
Go to Settings → Bookings and enable:
“Enable payment reminders via email”
“Enable payment reminders via SMS” (only the second reminder will be sent via SMS).
Email reminders are sent 24 hours and 3 hours before payment is due; SMS reminders are sent 3 hours before.
Note:Reminders ensure customers complete payments on time, helping to streamline the booking process.
