The calendar provides a clear overview of all bookings for the selected day. It helps you manage bookings, find bookings quickly, and perform common actions directly from the calendar view.
Calendar header
At the top of the calendar you’ll find tools for navigation and quick actions:
Date selector – Displays the current date. Click the date to open the calendar and jump to any desired day.
Previous / Next day arrows – Quickly move between days.
Search icon – Search for a specific booking.
Quick Booking icon – Create a new booking directly from the calendar.
Notifications icon – View system notifications.
Daily notes field – Add internal notes for the day, such as reminders or important information for staff.
Calendar view
In Calendar view, all resources are displayed on the left-hand side, and bookings are positioned based on their scheduled time for each resource. This view gives a visual timeline of the day and makes it easy to see availability and overlaps.
To the left of each resource name, there is an arrow icon that lets you collapse or expand that resource to create a more compact layout. Using the arrow at the top will collapse or expand all resources at once.
List view
In List view, all bookings for the selected day are displayed in chronological order.
You can choose how detailed the list should be:
Work in a compact mode showing only the most important information, or
Show full booking details directly in the list.
Click the arrow icon on the far right of a booking to expand it and view more details for that specific booking.
Use the arrow icon in the bottom-right corner to switch between available list display modes.
Available list options:
Expand – Show full details for all bookings in the list.
Full details include:
Customer information
Customer comments
Add-ons
Superfields
Internal comments
Assigned resources
Enable this option if you want to see all relevant booking information at a glance directly in the list view.
Hide passed – Hide checked-in bookings where the start time has already passed.
Viewing multiple days
If you need to view bookings across multiple days, such as a weekend or an entire week, you can use the Bookings report and select your desired date range.
You can also use the Google Calendar integration to get a convenient overview of bookings, for example on your mobile phone. This can be enabled under Settings → Google Calendar in the main menu.
Tip:
If you prefer working in dark mode, you can enable it in your user settings for a more comfortable viewing experience.
