Open the Customer List
To open the Customer List:
Open the main menu.
Select CRM.
Select Customer list.
Select the business location if you manage multiple locations.
The Customer List displays all registered customers connected to the selected business.
Customer List Overview
The Customer List contains the following information for each customer:
First name
Last name
Email
Phone
Newsletters accepted
You can also:
Search for customers using the search field
Browse customers using pagination
Change the number of customers displayed per page
Customers who have accepted newsletters are marked with a green Yes label. Customers who have not accepted newsletters are marked with a red No label.
Search for a Customer
Use the search field at the top of the page to quickly find a customer.
You can search using:
Name
Email address
Phone number
The list updates automatically based on your search.
Open a Customer Profile
Click on a customer in the list to open the customer profile.
The customer profile contains:
Contact information
Customer statistics
Booking history
Recent activity
Customer settings
Internal notes
Customer Profile Overview
At the top of the customer profile, you can see:
Customer name
Phone number
Email address
Last visit date
Lifetime value
Total purchases
Average purchase value
These statistics help you understand the customer’s activity and purchase behavior.
Recent Activity
The Recent activity tab displays the customer’s latest events.
Examples include:
Gift card orders
Purchases
Booking-related events
The section shows:
Event type
Status
Date
Select View all events to open the full event history.
History
The History tab contains the customer’s complete booking history.
Each booking entry includes:
Booking number
Booking date
Booking status
Price
Common booking statuses include:
Planned
Finished
Canceled
Expand a booking row to view additional booking details.
Settings
The Settings tab allows you to manage customer-specific settings and information.
Personal Details
You can edit:
First name
Last name
Email
Phone number
Address
Zip code
City
Country
Company Customer
Enable Is company customer if the customer represents a company instead of a private individual.
Additional company fields become available:
Company
Organization number
Restrictions and Limits
You can configure customer-specific restrictions.
Available options:
Block from online bookings
Prevents the customer from creating bookings online.Exclude from email sendouts
Prevents the customer from receiving email communication and sendouts.
Internal Note
Use the internal note field to store customer-related information visible only to staff members.
Import Customers
The Import tab allows you to import customers from external platforms using a CSV file.
Supported Import Sources
Select the source platform before uploading the file.

Import a Customer File
To import customers:
Open the Import tab.
Select the business location.
Select the import source.
Select the import type.
Click Choose file.
Select the CSV file.
Click Upload.
The system imports the customers into the selected business.
Tips
Use the search field to quickly locate returning customers.
Review customer history before handling support cases or bookings.
Use internal notes for important operational information.
Restrict customers from online bookings when needed for administrative reasons.
