Keep in mind that the timeslots for your resource should always match the timeslots for the activity you wish to use for allocation.
1. Access the Resource Section
Go to the side menu.
Select “Resources.”
2. Create a New Resource
Click the “+” icon to create a new resource.
3. Configure General Settings (General Tab)
In the General tab, you can:
Set the resource name.
Define the minimum and maximum number of people the resource supports.
4. Set Availability (Timeslots Tab)
In the Timeslots tab:
Select a time interval (recommended to match the interval used by the activity that will be connected to the resource).
Use the checkboxes to define open hours:
Check specific time slots to set custom availability.
If you plan to control availability from the activity level, select all time slots by checking each row or column using the smaller checkboxes.
