Superfields allow you to collect customized guest information tailored to your specific operational needs. They support several input types and can be assigned to packages or events for precise data collection.

Superfields help you gather the exact information you need from guests, improving workflows and ensuring consistent data handling.

Available input types

Superfields can be created using the following input formats:

  • Text – For short, open-ended responses.

  • Multiline – For longer or more detailed text entries.

  • Number – For numeric inputs such as age, size, or similar.

  • Single & multi-select – Dropdown menus allowing one or multiple choices.

  • Checkbox – For simple yes/no inputs.

Create a Superfield

  • Go to Settings and open Superfields.

  • Click Create a field.

  • Enter the required details and select an input type.

  • Click Save to add the new field.

If using single or multi-select, an options panel will appear (see steps below).

Assign Superfields to packages or events

  • Open the Package or Event where the Superfields should be collected.

  • Go to the Superfields tab.

  • Select the fields you want to include.

  • Click Save.

Customers will now be asked to fill in these fields during the booking flow.

Add options (for single or multi-select fields)

  • Click New option.

  • Add the option name (for best usability, keep the list under 10 options).

  • Add multiple options if needed and click Save.

  • Select which options should belong to the field and save again.

These options will now be available for users when selecting packages or events that include this Superfield.
