Customers can cancel their own bookings up until the cancellation deadline set in your Booking Settings or specific package rules.
To cancel a booking internally, open the booking and click the Cancel button.
A confirmation prompt will appear (Are you sure?). Confirm to cancel the booking.
The booking is canceled automatically, and the customer receives an email notification.
If the booking was prepaid, the customer will be automatically refunded, taking into account any reservation amounts set in the package settings.
Tip:
You can search for canceled bookings if you need to review them.
Reports of canceled bookings are available under Reports → Bookings, where you can filter by date and view only canceled bookings.
