Cancel a booking with automatic refund for prepaid bookings

  • Customers can cancel their own bookings up until the cancellation deadline set in your Booking Settings or specific package rules.

  • To cancel a booking internally, open the booking and click the Cancel button.

  • A confirmation prompt will appear (Are you sure?). Confirm to cancel the booking.

  • The booking is canceled automatically, and the customer receives an email notification.

  • If the booking was prepaid, the customer will be automatically refunded, taking into account any reservation amounts set in the package settings.

Tip:

  • You can search for canceled bookings if you need to review them.

  • Reports of canceled bookings are available under Reports → Bookings, where you can filter by date and view only canceled bookings.
